BaseCRM – This is a newer CRM but it’s one that has been punching well above its weight for a while now. If we were to recommend one CRM without knowing anything about the firm using it, it would be this one due to its ease of use and flexibility.
Salesforce – You can’t have a CRM recommendation list without including the current king. They really pioneered the CRM game and the extensions available make it able to slot into any sales process. The biggest challenge here is user onboarding. They’re not the easiest to learn
Pipedrive – Pipedrive is a very solid sales platform that prides itself on its ease of use.
